Stability, comfort and easy manoeuvrability

We have built the scooter edition Around the World on the well-tested frames of the scooters from the Steel line and mounted them with components you can fully rely on.

The lightweight steel frame, which absorbs vibrations well, will provide the necessary comfort to you.

The optimum solidity of the frame will ensure that the energy put in the push-off does not get lost in the springing, but efficiently transforms into a movement forward.

Due to the finely-tuned geometry and wider handlebar, the scooters are perfectly stable, intelligible and predictable. You can therefore fully relax while riding and allow the body and mind to flow in the regular rhythm of pushing feet. Can you see yourself on the road already?

An underframe that irons out bumps

So, you can go for it fully, the footboard has the tread height designed so that you could handle common terrain while also enjoying the ride without any unnecessary “squats”. 

Besides, the footboard is slightly raised at the front, so you can handle surface bumps - the undercarriage will literally glide over them.

And when the roads take you into the wilderness, you can raise the footboard height by several centimetres using the dual-position rear fork.

Anti-slip treatment

 We have given the footboard anti-slip tapes, which will enable switching legs smoothly, while also ensuring that the foot stays on the footboard even in the rain, wet weather or mud. 

They are made of structured PVC and due to thermal forming they can handle heavy load.

Narrow hubs

To make sure that even on long journeys, when fatigue increases and attention declines, you need not worry about hurting your ankle, Around the World scooters have hubs narrowed to 74 mm. (ATW2620 only has a narrowed hub at the back).

Moreover, the hubs are mounted with dustproof and watertight industrial bearings, due to which they will manage even demanding conditions. 

No gloves needed

On every metre, you will appreciate the ergonomically shaped grips, which are very pleasant to the touch. Your hands will be snug and you can leave your cycling gloves at home.

Moreover, due to the locking rod (firm attachment), the grips will reliably stay in the position you set up. 

Two bottles, fenders and bags

You will also appreciate the wider tyres with low rolling resistance, which turn swiftly on the road and keep well on track when off the road.

The quality V-brake and the preparation for installing fenders, bottle holders and kickstand, of course, will please you, too.

Large wheels will carry you the furthest. If you feel you are up to covering 50 to 70 kilometres, then you can definitely go for it with this beauty with 26”/20” wheels and maximum load up to 130 kg.
